Been here at least once a year since last year (2024) and at least three times total to a JCPenney Salon in general. Every visit has been a stellar one, with friendly and knowledgeable stylists who always get my hair right! The only complaint I have, and this is just in general and not about this particular salon, is that JCPenney has a lot of sneaky fees they'll add if your hair is too long, or if blow drying takes too long, so I've gone over my budget at least twice out of the 3 times I've visited because of those sneaky fees. Addison at north town is the best!! Have gone to her several times and am always thrilled with the results. If you are looking for a cut or color 10/10 would recommend booking with Addison!

Loved my haircut by Cambria. First time in 20 years, I actually got the cut I asked for. Cambria is fun and is a great stylist. I have had bunches of compliments on my cut. The salon is clean and busy, so though you don't need an appointment, you might still make one to be safe.
