Went to have my brakes looked at since one back brake is wearing more than the others. Discovered it when Les Schwab was switching out my winter tires. I'm a new owner of my Jaguar so I took it to the dealership since in my 28 years as a car owner I have never had this. Especially when Les Schwab mentioned that one tire wear like that wasn't normal especially when the vehicle has just over 30,000 miles. So I went in. I had an appointment for an oil change. I paid $1400.00 for a 64,000 mile check up and by the time I got home the low brake fluid light came on. I specifically asked them o check the brakes and brake fluid. I asked for the car to be washed and they brought it up dirty. Not my best visit.

Unresolved Issues After Months of InconvenienceI rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Land Rover Spokane leaves me no choice. I initially sent my vehicle in for both warranty and Manufacturer Recall work. Not only did the repairs take an excessive two months to complete, but the car was also returned to me with the Service Engine Light still on—a clear indicator that the original issues were not adequately addressed.To make matters worse, communication has been extremely poor. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch with the service department, it has proven nearly impossible to speak to anyone who can resolve these ongoing issues.It's disheartening...read full review
