I like that I can check in online and track the time frame before I actually head in to have my boys hair cut. They have all mostly done a pretty good job on the cut. I was frustrated recently when I took my 12 year old in. Who had hair just above his shoulders, and the stylist literally trimmed about an inch and a half off the back (not touching the sides that were a bit shorter. Then, charged me $25 for doing it.As a stifle single mom, I could have just saved the money and did that at home.

Came as a walk in today, and it was fantastic. Nicole was my hairdresser and she did the most fabulous job. I have bad anxiety with haircuts, and she walked me through every step. She was incredibly kind, recommended me items, showed me how to style my hair on my own, and so much more. She was so welcoming and friendly, she truly was an awesome stylist today. I made a big change by cutting off a good chunk of length from my hair and she made it just a bit easier being the one to cut it!

After a botched boys haircut, they went above and beyond to fix it and compensate us for the time and hassle. The stylist did a good job and fixing it with what little hair she had to work with. Because of this, I'd do business here again!
