The last gal, Kayla, on 57th did a great job on my hair, cut it just the way I wanted it! Usually, they try and give me a bob, or something that I don't want. I didn't have to wait long at all! I will go back and have her do my hair again!

Directions took me to the wrong side of the building but I left very satisfied with my hair cut. I have thick straight hair takes about 30-45 minutes for a simple trim. It took 15 at great clips and looked wonderful.

Took my son for his first ever haircut yesterday. He is non verbal autistic, and has never had his haircut by anyone other than Mom or Dad. Abby was his hairdresser; both she and all the other staff were so friendly and accommodating to whatever he might need to have a positive experience! Special thank you to Abby; without your understanding and kind manner, my son could've had a very challenging experience. Because of your patience and willingness to help him, I believe he will find visits for haircuts to be a positive experience for years to come! I can't thank all of you enough.
