Such an amazing haircut! Chandra is wonderful, she is upbeat , cheerful and most importantly… she listens and asks questions about your hair and how mush time you spend on your hair. I’m a wash & wear , no additional fussing. This is a perfect cut. It falls beautifully and is soooo easy to take care of. This is the second time Chandra has cut my hair and it’s just as good as the first time. She is a perfectionist. Best haircuts ever!!!

I’m from Seattle area and currently live in Pullman, I’ve been getting my hair done since I was 16 in Seattle and have never switched. When I saw that Gene Juarez is opened up in Spokane, I decided to try a change since it’s closer! Chandra was amazing, she gave me a foil to brighten my blonde back up and a glaze, plus a Kerastase treatment and trim. I was nervous to go to someone new, but Chandra assured me the entire way and met all my expectations. I also loved that they had so many products available to buy in store and I ended up with the K18 dry shampoo on my way out.
