I find him to be very humble very friendly good bedside manner not only to myself but when I’m in the store, he is so courteous, helpful and goes out of his way to please his customers his personality speaks through itself and his professionalism goes along way. Brought a custom build into this shop to diagnose a problem after RMAing a motherboard previously. They were able to run a diagnostic, and tell me exactly what was wrong. The service was not same day but it was pretty quick, overall it took a week between diagnosis and swapping out parts. The staff are professional, know what they're doing, and have all the equipment they need to find your problem. They also include a warranty for their labor. Alex was my tech and he handled the whole process as well as I could have asked.
