Had never owned a Lincoln but my friend has for years and just got a newer one. When she lived in Spokane she used Foothills as her service and everything else dealer and was always treated well and her vehicle kept in great shape with now over 300,000 miles. I have been equally impressed with the service and attention I have gotten with my new purchase of a new Aviator. I’m sure we’ll have a long and happy service relationship. Very pleased. Amazing experience buying out Navigator L through them. We were super picky about what options and color. We finally found the one for us after a few days of searching. They delivered it to our step within a few days. This was an awesome experience and would definitely buy buy another one from them. Thank you Joe, George and Dave, they all deserve 5 STARS!!
The service department has been horrible to deal with and would say to avoid it as much as possible. We were schedule to have inside/outside coated (we were told multiple times, 2h process). So we scheduled a road trip with doing a pit stop to get this taken care of. After the service department... read full review

Dispatcher- Kevin Bricky was phenomenal. He did an excellent job of keeping me informed of my maintenance progress. He is very professional & customer oriented. The service department and waiting area is very organized, clean and welcoming.
