Worst experience I have ever had first they had a carbon monoxide leak where our co meter was going off and their response was to take the battery's out cause it was annoying them putting my 3 children at risk. Then the technician lied to the fire department about welding inside luckily I was there to call him on his b.s. when we reported it to the b.b.b the owner responded by saying he sold his company (Ron Morris and son) to his son Alex who was the worst customer service skills I am ever had the displeasure of working with. After all that we have a electrician to change our bathroom fans for him to tell us whoever did the hvac didn't even change the venting... read full review
