She showed up on time, measured the windows and was very patient with assisting me in selecting blinds for 4 windows even though I changed my mind on one of the blinds after she had completed the sale. Mike arrived at the scheduled appointment time to install the blinds, was very professional and even vacuumed the areas afterwards. I am extremely happy with the blinds and would highly recommend Factory Rep Blinds.
