Dana was absolutely amazing to work with. She showed up on time, measured the windows and was very patient with assisting me in selecting blinds for 4 windows even though I changed my mind on one of the blinds after she had completed the sale. Mike arrived at the scheduled appointment time to install the blinds, was very professional and even vacuumed the areas afterwards. I am extremely happy with the blinds and would highly recommend Factory Rep Blinds.

Extremely happy with the customer service, as well as our new blinds. It started off with us wanting to replace the exact same blinds that our dog destroyed (as we wanted it to match with the rest of the house), and turned into us purchasing even more. Gerry is such a nice man, very informative about options, and a great salesman. We also really enjoyed working with Mike, who installed all of the blinds. We would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your blind endeavors!

Have had great experience all around. Gerry was awesome helping us choose the perfect blinds for our home. Installers Billie and Mike were equally fantastic and even dusted my chandelier while they had the ladder up! Great service and highly recommend!
