Eyebrows in Spokane

“4 stars for the esthetician, she was absolutely lovely and the hydrafacial was well done — lacking offering the extra 1 star for policy and run around I was given about not giving me a refund for the extra service time I missed out on.

I booked a 75 minute spa service assuming I’d be getting a 75 minute spa service. I was early for my appointment, and taken back at my correct time. I instead got a 60 minute service with what I’m told includes a 15 minute “buffer” for room prep and potential extra “extractions” that are included in the service.

As someone who is a small business owner in the community I’m very upfront about my services and what’s included. This needs to be updated in your service menu if you’re not actually offering 75 minutes of spa services. Room prep shouldn’t be the customers responsibility to pay for. I’m sincerely disappointed in how this was handled as this was a treat for myself during a very hard time, and simply not worth the price tag for your “extra 15 minute buffer” for your staff.“

I got lip blushing to cover up a scar on my lip and she went above and beyond they look better than I ever could have imagined…I literally cried when I looked in the mirror because I'm so happy with the outcome. The atmosphere in her salon is peaceful and comfortable and she takes the time to discuss what you want and make suggestions based on her vast experience and keen artistic eye. I went in to have an inch cut off and low lights but after discussing the shape of my face, the kind of hair I have and my skin tones I decided to go with her suggestions and walked out with an entirely different style and color that I absolutely love. I think it's the best my hair has ever looked. She listens and she cares and her skills are truly over the moon.“

“Darci did an AMAZING job on my 11 y/o daughters hair! My daughter wanted a vivid blue and with her dark hair we have never been able to get it to show up before. Darci listened intently on what my daughter wanted and made recommendations based on what she had said. My daughter is very happy with the result and I love it too (I wasn’t sure I would since it’s blue…but Darci did such a great job even I want to put blue in my hair!)!

She was on time, had excellent customer service skills and explained every part of the process to my nervous (but excited!) daughter! The facility was tidy and had great ambiance.
