I have been gettng massages for decades. While visitng my sis & mom in spokane i went to this location. I had the great good fortune to get JEANNIE SMITH as my masseuse. IT WAS THE BEST massage I've ever had!!! I'm almost afraid to post this for fear I wont b able to get in nxt time--& i rarely post reviews. BUT JEANNIE was so phenomenal she deserves special recognition. I am sad i don't live here; if i did I'd see her regularly. TO ELEMENTS MGMT--SHE'S A KEEPER!!!
I love coming here and have gone a couple times with Wendy and Dana. They both do absolutely amazing and always ask what needs to be massaged and always makes my back/body feel better! It’s always been super easy to make appointments and everyone is so kind and respectful.
They are busy but were able to fit a couple of out-of-towner next-day appts in for us! Super easy to get in, therapists personable and willing/able to customize our massage requests. Will definitely keep them on speed-dial for our next visit to the area.
