I spoke with Dawn a few weeks before our trip and let her know there would be 4 of us coming from Montana. Dawn was so awesome, blocked out her entire day so we could all have our hair braided! She was super professional and a great conversationalist for the whole 12 hours we were in the salon. She made it super comfortable for us and it was a homey experience!
