Chales the owner and his crews. Conquer projects big and small with the same care and professionalism. They have installed 400 amp serveice for us all the way down to installing a car charger. If there's a problem Charles goes out of his way to fix the problem and make sure that everything is to the customer satisfaction. I believe the lady from the sign review probably experience the same worker I did and Charles got rid of him and sent somebody to fix anything that wasn't done right. My husband and I are so thankful and appreciative of CTC Electrical Contracting Inc. We had a new washer and dryer delivered and installed yesterday, and all of a sudden (after a power surge) the dryer stopped working. Frantic, we checked the breaker box and even attempted to test the outlet's voltage. No voltage. No power. Flipped breakers again. Nothing. After calling CTC, Charles asked for a picture of the breaker and talked us through testing everything. I would give him 500 stars if I could. Will be my go to for anything Electrical from now on!!
Charles and his team did such excellent work in a timely manner. We had to have an entire electrical panel replaced which they did plus dealt with my home warranty company as well. This is the team you need for your electrical needs and will definitely be calling again if I need anything!
