Harley was great, he clearly communicated what the issue was, how he would be fixing it, explained the costs, and repaired it on precisely the timeline he had quoted us. I would recommend him 10/10!

Jeremy was top drawer. He was clear about what he would do, and what he did. There were a couple of little things he was able to deal with simply with no cost. Very professional in every way. I further appreciated his mentoring of a SCC student. That student is most fortunate to follow around Jeremy and learn from a skilled technician.

I had Derek come to my place and install my smart thermostat. It was so slick and easy from scheduling to the work. I love being able to turn the heat on while still cozy in my bed or turn it on remotely when coming home. Thank you Clines for the excellent service!
