I've seen some of the other reviews here and just want to share my honest experience, because it was a great one. Booking was easy, the space is clean and quiet, and my massage was easily one of the best I've had in the Spokane area. My therapist checked in about pressure and problem areas, and adjusted right away whenever I asked.
I want to be really specific about the tipping situation, since that seems to be a sticking point in other reviews: there was absolutely zero pressure — no comments about the amount, no insistence on cash, no awkwardness at checkout. I just had a fantastic hour and a half massage that was so good, it deserved a review and a five star rating. Right from the beginning, Cindy, the masseuse met me at the door to welcome me in. The personal touch was immediately present. Cindy set the mood of the room with some terrific mandolin style music and lowered the lights and gave me a chance to get ready before she began.
