Children's Dental Village provides a warm and inviting atmosphere where kids feel valued and important. The staff is patient, kind, and engaging, making dental appointments a positive experience. They take the time to explain procedures and make eye contact, helping kids feel at ease. The clinic is easy to schedule appointments with and has knowledgeable staff who cater to children with special needs. Overall, Children's Dental Village is a great place for kids to receive dental care.
I have been going to the North location with my two children for a few years . Every time my son who is on the spectrum would hide and refuse to sit in the seat. This last visit I called the front desk and asked if there was anything we could do to help make him feel more comfortable they said Absolutely! they scheduled him to be in a private room that was quieter and less distractions and less overstimulating. the hygienist Tonya was beyond amazing she instantly took my built up anxieties and worrys away when finally she was able to get my son to relax enough to not only sit on the chair and lay back, but get his teeth cleaned and flossed and get his 5 year old X-rays! I am beyond grateful for this team and their help in my sons dental health and taking the time to make him comfortable so he can have a good dental experience and not just be another thing in society that he fears, or gets over stimulated with. thank you so much!
