We had owned a home in the past and, honestly, had PTSD from the entire experience. Since this time, we've been renters, not wanting to relive the past. Chelsea helped us both with buying and selling, and she definitely knew how to navigate the market for the hurdles we experienced at both ends. She is patient and informative and always prompt to answer questions. If I could have scooped her up to help us after our big move to help us buy again, I would have!
Being one of the biggest steps, personally and financially, in one's life, you really want an agent who not only listens but can predict your concerns, desires and needs. Chelsea is the whole package. From start to finish, any question I had, no matter how silly I felt, she answered.
