Dr. Marchese is extremely gentle and takes a holistic approach. In just 6 weeks, my symptoms of post-concussion syndrome (chronic headache, vertigo, vision issues, neck/back pain & depression/extreme anxiety) have dramatically decreased. He has the expertise to address complex brain injury and understands the deep connection with the nervous system. For 3 years I've worked w/PT, eye specialist, counseling/meditation & RX pain/mental health meds. My life has changed dramatically in the less than 2 months of working with Dr. Marchese- I am beyond grateful!

A first timer for chiropractic care… I also suffer with significant anxiety regarding any type of doctor visit. Dr Gina made me feel very comfortable with a less invasive approach to my back pain. She gradually got me more comfortable with each visit. This week I had a severe migraine and she knew if I was ready to try a manual adjustment she could help alleviate my pain. She was right. Although the loud pops were nerve wracking for my hubby to hear, she was able to make the adjustment necessary to help eliminate my migraine pain I had been suffering with for over 48hrs and 3 rounds of meds.I highly recommend Dr Gina for her gentle approach and reassurance she offers...read full review
