Customer service staffing has gotten better with a few new hires, which has made it easier to reach someone via phone. Customer service reps are all great—especially Will.
The work done on my 2020 X5 has been good, but some things are still way more expensive than they should be (maintenance you can do yourself, like changing engine and carbonara filters). For the complicated repairs, though, I let the dealer do it. Their prices are pretty much in line with the European indy shops in Spokane.
My only gripe is that they are now limiting their Uber/Lyft rides to 5 miles. That means I now have to get a ride to/from the dealership unless I want to while...read full review
Jessica Carlson was great to work with. We did most of the communication over email since I was driving in from Seattle, and she was always quick to respond and clear with everything. When I arrived, the car was ready and the whole process went smoothly. She really knew the car inside and out and walked me through all the features, which I appreciated. She’s also just genuinely warm and easy to talk to — not every salesperson is like that. I’d definitely recommend working with her.
Great experience as usual at BMW of Spokane. Their service department is top notch, with extreme attention to detail, friendly and great communication. We worked with Audrey Holmes this time, and he was a delight to work with, very transparent, and a great communicator. Wouldn’t take our BMW anywhere else. We are thankful for the opportunity to work with them.
