I overall had a great experience with Banner. They were the only company I called to take the time and get the model number of my unit and verified it was under warranty and ordered the suspected failing part before it was even diagnosed by a tech. They sent Christopher out with the part the next day and he replaced it in an hour I was very impressed.
I've been with Banner for about 7 years. I have my furnace and air conditioner serviced each season. Very happy with my service. Today I had Christopher servicing my air conditioner. He was very friendly, and knowledgable. He oiled my blower part in my furnace that was very hard to reach. He cleaned out the leaves in my unit which I had never had offered from other technicians. He said his motto is to service his customers the way he would do things at his home. He also took the time to answer questions about my furnace as its 30 plus years old and my gas hot water tank.
