I had a most pleasant visit to this office when I went to learn how to use a new CPAC. Brittney was very caring, knowledgeable and professional. She demonstrated how to use the equipment step by step and made sure I felt comfortable in using the unit. in addition, she was very patient in answering my question. i really appreciate her. I was going to post an extremely negative review (received wrong item, terrible web site, can't reach them by phone) but Samantha bumped it up astronomically. She calmed me down, resolved my issues, and was easy to deal with. Big shout out to Samantha, she is the epitome of customer service and I hope her superiors know how fortunate they are to have her!
Mistake made on initial paperwork so it had to be resubmitted. They said the second request was approved a week and a half ago, but it hasn’t even been shipped yet. Seems like it’s taking far too long to receive equipment.
