Very positive! We had some challenges scheduling because our insurance decided to require referrals even for established specialists. A biopsy was performed on a lesion located on my right upper cheek. I appreciated the instruction I received to lessen the pain involved in receiving the anesthesia injections. The procedure was not time consuming & very thorough. I would definitely recommend Advanced Dermatology Spokane over others; located in the area.
