Josh is a true professional with outstanding communication and extremely knowledgeable. He is super good, highly skilled, and extraordinarily knowledgeable. He fixed a plumbing problem that had existed for months in very little time. He diagnosed a furnace issue in less than 10 minutes and buttoned up the unit like it was brand new. He is extremely honest, detailed, and has amazing follow through. He cares just as much about the relationship with clients as he does about the work. Fair priced and a 100% perfectionist, he is a trustworthy, honest choice for all HVAC needs.
Josh replaced our aging, 33 year old, gas furnace and air conditioner with an ACIQ high efficiency 2 stage gas furnace and inverter heat pump. He gave us a very competitive quote and lived up to it. His quality work was thorough and technically accurate. I highly recommend True Tech for HVAC installations.
