Fantastic service. From start to finish, they made everything so easy on me. Renting a trailer is a nightmare, as you can't get details on anything. I called 1 minute before closing and they were cool with all my questions. Called again next morning, picked up trailer, and delivered it back same day. They did all the heavy lifting. Awesome group.
Needed to cut a lock so I went to Sun Rental. They had the power tool needed for the job. The cost was reasonable and their service good. They had me out of there in minutes. Sun Rental has most everything you need to preform and complete the job at hand. I did not rent any of their bigger items so I can’t give you a report on their cost. Having said that, I would recommend Sun Rental to anyone needing help to complete a job if you need a tool you do not possess.
I cannot recommend Sun Rental Center enough. I was working on a difficult project—drilling through a concrete foundation and brick—when the core drill bit caught and twisted the machine right out of my hand. Not only did I end up with a hurt wrist, but the drill was damaged in the fall.
I was stressed about returning broken equipment, but the team here was unbelievably kind and understanding. They didn't charge me for the damage and were genuinely concerned about my injury. Their service was fast, and they even went above and beyond by offering to find another store with a drill in stock so I could finish my project.
