We rented 3 heaters for our daughter’s wedding and one didn’t work. Of course it was on a Saturday after they closed. We let them know on Monday and they checked the issue and refunded the one that didn’t work. They were awesome about it!! Great customer service with Eli!! Thank you!!!

We rented a tiller here this weekend and had issues getting it started, so Tanner from this location came to our rescue by driving to our house and was able to work on it and get it started. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and is the reason we'll definitely be coming back here in the future for anything we need. Sun Rental shows that they do what it takes to make things right with their customers.

Thank you Sun Rentals your customer service is great I rented a tractor with a brush hog and was having some issues with it made a call the guys got right to me on the job site got me straightened out and was able to proceed with my job with basically no time missing I've been renting equipment from the Dalton garden store for over 20 years always had great service with Luis and now the the new team is just as good I would recommend sun rental to anybody and will be continuing my business with them .
