Horrible bedside assistance. My wife’s mom with a hip injury, had to request that they help my wife up on the table while they watched her struggle. They took several days to get her in for a simple cortisone shot after her initial appointment, all the while she was in severe pain. We will not make future appointments here

Dr. Kevin Costa and his team were phenomenal! I spent no time waiting in the lobby, and the visit was efficient while still being personable. Dr. Costa took the time to listen to my concerns, and addressed them in detail. His team is highly trained, and it was one of the most pleasant and low stress doctors visits I've had. His office even took it a step farther and followed up with me the following week to review lab results and referrals. Providence truly exceeded my expectations and made it feel so personal. Can not say enough good things about this team.

At 1:25 pm Wed., 4/28/21, staff at the door took my temp then announced I would have to wait (and be late for my appointment) until she called for clearance because I was wearing the incorrect face covering. I explained I'm surgically disabled and can't cover my chin, and the hysterical incident that followed was absolutely astonishing. These smug door nazis haven't even read their own face-covering exemption policy (which btw links to a year-old rona mask article)!
