I have insurance but each visit, they show I don’t. I need to call insurance each time to have them confirm that my insurance is in fact valid. This is a system issue that needs to be resolved. My doctor is fantastic though.
Dr. Kevin Costa and his team were phenomenal! I spent no time waiting in the lobby, and the visit was efficient while still being personable. Dr. Costa took the time to listen to my concerns, and addressed them in detail. His team is highly trained, and it was one of the most pleasant and low stress doctors visits I've had. His office even took it a step farther and followed up with me the following week to review lab results and referrals. Providence truly exceeded my expectations and made it feel so personal. Can not say enough good things about this team.
