Brought my 2001 F-350 crew cab long bed with the 7.3 Powerstroke in with a drivability issue that needed proper diagnosis. Instead of upselling or jumping straight to major work, they took the time to figure out the real cause and fixed the actual problem without pushing unnecessary work.
