Arrived at Lady Luck today as a walk-in. Noel took care of me right away and made sure my design was perfectly sized for my leg. He took a lot of time making sure that every millimeter of my tattoo looked perfect and suggested i come back for shading. It was an important memorial tattoo for my mom and I really appreciated his skill and humor. My leg kept involuntarily jerking and he still managed to keep every lane perfect. The price was more than reasonable so I gave him a big tip! Would recommend Noel to anybody if he has been tattooing since 1985!
