Home Comfort Services is a business that provides heating and cooling solutions, known for their honesty, trustworthiness, and affordability. A customer who needed to replace their heat pump and furnace received a lower bid from Home Comfort Services compared to other companies, and appreciated the help they received from the owner and office staff in securing a 5% energy loan. The installation was done promptly and professionally, and the customer has since enjoyed the improved air conditioning in the hot weather. Another customer sought their services when their air conditioning went out, and was pleased that Home Comfort Services diagnosed the problem accurately and provided a repair at a much lower cost than what was initially quoted by another company. A different individual, after receiving a recommendation from a family member who owns an HVAC shop in California, chose Home Comfort Services to install a Goodman A/C unit. They received the least expensive bid and were satisfied with the timely and thorough installation. The service technician explained the process clearly and cleaned up after completing the job. The customer has been pleased with the unit's performance and recommends Home Comfort Services for their good work at a low price.
I cannot give Home Comfort Services anything less than a 5 star review. I had to have our heat pump and furnace replaced which was an expense I was not anticipating. I requested bids from 3 companies in addition to Home Comfort Services. Home Comfort was the lowest bid of the 3 I receive ( one company didn't bother to respond.). The owner and office staff were very helpful in walking me through the process of obtaining a 5% energy loan through PSCCU keeping in contact each step of the way. As soon as the loan was approved they were out the next day with the equipment. It was installed in two days and we are enjoying the AC in this 90+ heat.We have used Home Comfort Services for maintenance of our system for a few years now and have always enjoyed prompt, professional, and friendly service. I will recommend them to anyone.
A dear friend's air conditioning went out this summer. She called a company that told her she needed to replace her unit. The repairs would cost between $19,000-$23,000.I recommended she talk to Dennis at Home Comfort Services. The unit didn't need to replaced. It cost her $500+ for the repair. Based on the recommendation of an extended family member who owns an HVAC shop in California, I wanted to have a Goodman A/C unit Unit installed to replace my existing A/C unit. Goodman equipment is reputed to be a good blend of good quality and low cost.I got three estimates for the job, two with Goodman units and one with a Lennox unit. Home comfort was the least expensive of the three bids by a substantial amount.The installer showed up at my house on time and set right to work The installation took about six hours.
