Hico Mart Laundromat offers a clean and convenient laundry experience, open 24 hours. Customers appreciate that all washers and dryers work, and the staff is friendly. The laundromat has large machines, making it suitable for bigger loads, and a nearby convenience store is available for snacks and laundry supplies at reasonable prices. However, some machines occasionally malfunction, and there is limited access to bathrooms after dark. Overall, it is considered a safer and more pleasant alternative to other laundromats in the area.
Go there all the time. Anytime, day or night I have always been able to get in and out. The large washer and dryer are perfect for my needs. The lady that works there is very helpful.
The machines are hit and miss, I definitely recommend getting a card for the big machines. The smaller ones do not always spin all the water out. I had to redo one especially wet load, however, I'm giving 5 stars for the excellent customer service. Ashley went above and beyond when I informed them the machine was broken. I will return.
So much nicer than the other 24 hour laundromat in town. All the washers and dryers work, the staff is cool and they don't deny their patrons use of the bathrooms after dark. The 5th star would have happened if they had laundry carts.
