Not at all impressed with the quality of your services I have waited over 2 months for my approval letter I have called the spokane valley office more then once I need it now they tried to mail it to me and nothing I'm waiting I even drive an hour to get and haven't received no luck at all nit happy it needs fix now

I went in the other day for a renewal, after getting two phone calls confirming my appt. reassuring me everything is in order, and learned I got my medical license for 2018 without them having any medical records on me whatsoever. I signed a release for them, but they never followed through a year ago, thank you it restored my faith in how helpful you have not been.

This is the 2nd worst experience I've ever had with a medical professional in my life. Although I have a detailed record of my condition, the provider was condescending, accusatory, and worst of all, was totally confused by my medical records (which seem to me to be written in pretty plain English). She did write me a recommendation but would not increase the plant allowed total- for reasons which were totally baseless and completely baffled me. I will never return to this business and would not recommend it to anybody.Update: Returned (despite my promise to the contrary) and was wonderfully surprised. New staff= new experience. Updated to five stars:).
