Sydney was amazing, I couldn't recommend her enough. She was patient and helped me figure out how to achieve my haircut goals. When I asked her to cut a bit more off and thin it out she was nice and delivered exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely be going back.

She did a horrible job. Didn't even shape my hair at all. All because I was asking to be a little careful because part of my part of my head was sensitive from an illness I had back in September. Two minutes of cutting, no shaping at all and we were done. Bullcrap to all that. It's a 50/50 chance coming out of there with a decent cut. She missed the mark totally. Never will let her again or come back to this shopNow I went back the next day/morning to get a fix on my hair. The stylists were more than helpful and knew of my predicament. Alishia was the one to fix my hair. She did a marvelous job and I will go back to her. Thank you Alishia ?

I appreciate Great Clips and how they train their employees. On your customer profile you can add the details of how you like your haircut, so I've added the details to mine and now get my hair done just how I want it each time no matter what store or person is cutting my hair. They are professional and quick and courteous.
