We were in town visiting family and rented a jetski from Golden water sports for the weekend. The first day we went out we were having a great time until something unexpected happened to the jetski and we had to bring it to shore early. We got it back to the guys at Golden watersports that evening and told them we weren't sure what had happened. The guys called us later that evening and told us that they had found the issue and it was nothing that we did. They offered to refund us for that days rental and set us up with a new jetski that same day so we could still ride the next day as planned. I rented two paddle boards for two days from Golden watersports and LOVED it! They were brand new, never used, super nice boards! The staff was fantastic! They went above and beyond great customer service! I will be a return customer that’s for sure! Thank you for an amazing time golden Watersports!
