Derik made switching to an s corp so easy! He made the process easy to understand and what I need to do easy to navigate! I’ll definitely be going to Derik for taxes and highly recommend everyone else to as well!

Derik was fantastic to work with for estate taxes. He made quick work out of it all considering how many firms there are to it. He gave me a checklist of the minimum amount he wanted and I gave him a 3 ring binder that had receipts separated by category so the process was easy for both of us. I recommend if you need an Estate Attorney he has a friend that does that. I wish I would have used her for my own. I will be using Derik for many years to come!
