Courtland Place is an affordable retirement community located in Spokane Valley, offering independent living in 42 ground-level luxury unfurnished apartments. The spacious and quiet residences provide a comfortable environment for seniors. Residents enjoy a friendly atmosphere where staff and fellow residents feel like family. Management is committed to listening to residents and forming genuine connections. The community features a dining room with wonderful and plentiful meals, a variety of fun activities, and facilities including an exercise room, beauty shop, and a Man Cave. An activities director ensures regular entertainment and outings. Overall, Courtland Place is a welcoming place where residents find contentment and support.
This is no longer a 55+ facility. They have turned this place into little condo areas. The landscaping is pretty and the facility is kept clean and in good shape. Ive met the manager for this property, and she is really nice and very professional. There are lots of bonuses that go along with this property. I recommend it. I think anyone living there would be proud to call it home.
As my mother moves into the next chapter of her life I am looking to make it the best yet for her. Amanda at Courtland is doing an exceptional job helping seniors make those big life changes. The amenities are wonderful and ever resident I met was so full of life. I even got invited to dinner by one amazing resident :)
The staff seem committed to excellence and that is exactly what I am looking to provide my loved ones with.
Courtland Place is a wonderful senior community. Special kudos to Amanda, who is the executive in charge. I live quite a distance from Spokane and she has been very helpful in working with me online in handling situations related to my mother. I strongly recommend Courtland.
