Zach was my technician they sent out! FANTASTIC!!! He was friendly, informative, and thorough. He had my furnace fixed in 20 min then took a bit more time to ensure others parts were in good working condition. He explained everything he was doing while he did it. He also was amazing with my dog, Athena. She is a rescue and skittish and he visited with her and ensured her it was okay and by the end she was trying to lick his face! Best experience ever. I highly highly highly recommend advanced mechanical systems for ALL your heating and cooling needs.
