The reviews don’t lie! Zeb & Colby from Aloha are the BEST! It’s a small family biz & they treat you like you’re one of their own. Zeb was quick to respond and come by to see what the issue was & didn’t try to sell me on any service until he knew what was going on. He is so informative and was willing to share step by step what was going on and how our whole system worked. We learned so much & he gave us valuable advice on how to care for our septic. We ended up needing a filter replaced, all our tanks pumped, a new pump installed, drain field checked, and two risers put in and all along the way it was full communication & honest quoting. Met Zeb today unexpectedly and he was amazing. Helped my wife the whole time on the phone trying to figure out what was wrong with our septic. He went above and beyond and showed up at our house. It’s the small things that make an impact. We will definitely be calling Aloha Septic for future septic needs. Thanks Zeb!

My mom was so confused today when she couldn’t figure out what was going on with the toilet and shower. She called Aloha Septic and spent about 2 hours in the yard digging. My mom gave up, but shortly after a guy shows up and helps my mom. It was Zeb from Aloha Septic. Thank you Zeb for helping my mom, she’s really happy and relieved. Happy New Year!

We specialize in many areas including, but not limited to: general consultation, emergency work (BACKING UP INTO THE HOUSE, SEWAGE PUMP FAILURES, DRAIN-FIELD REJUVENATION), Septic tank and drain-field repairs, INSPECTIONS related to home sale's/real estate transactions and letters received from the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department, and septic tank pumping.
