I had a great experience from start to finish! Started by emailing the company with a prompt response from Allen explaining pricing. When it came time to schedule, I called and Allen made it easy!
When the day came for service, Ian called me to let me know he would be early. I was not home yet, but told him he could start without me.
After accessing my septic, Ian determined a pumping wasn’t necessary at this time. Ian then showed me the amount and explained while giving me tips on septic upkeep and maintenance.

They came out within 24 hours of my call and after pulling off the covers he informed me that I didn’t need to be pumped but needed a small repair to the float tank and was very informative thank you so much..
Called because my septic backed up into the house, he answered while in the field and talked me through fixing the issue without having to pay for a service I couldn’t afford. 10/10 will be using LAN again for any future septic issues, customer service was amazing and timely.
