Swedish Primary Care provides expert medical services, connecting patients to a network of hospitals and specialists. The clean, spacious clinic offers convenient online scheduling and pre-check-in options. Patients appreciate the respectful, knowledgeable staff, including phone representatives. While parking can be challenging, the welcoming and professional team, gentle doctors, and accessible breast cancer screenings make this practice highly recommended. Patients report positive experiences with the care team, including receptionists, nurses, and physicians like Dr. Janice Garcia and Dr. Yoo, who are described as fantastic and professional. The on-site lab is also convenient for services like A1C tests, though it can be busy at times.
My review of this clinic is mixed. Dr Garcia is the best primary care provider I have ever had but given the other experiences of this clinic I will be relocating. The front desk staff (except for Rick) are incredibly rude. Dr. Cai is also unkind and doesn’t seem motivated to help. In addition, they frequently are booked months out which is impractical if you need to go in for any illness or medical concern. So it’s basically a place to get your yearly check up and everything else I’ve had to go to urgent care instead.
My family and I have been going here for 10+ years. All of the Doctors we've worked with have been excellent - knowledgeable, caring, friendly. I'm thankful to have such great care close to home. The rest of the care team is good as well.
My only complaint is long hold times when scheduling an appointment, but I've learned to use their online system whenever I can.
