Wonderful service, excellent customer service, and communication! I was working with a client trying to get a document translated in time to meet a time sensitive appointment. “Not sure why people are complaining about their services. But the service I received was great! First, the front desk assistant was very kind, asked for the the paperwork needed and scheduled us for an appointment within a week. We then met with a lovely tax assistant and she did our taxes quick and easy. She would guide us on why this is the amount we get and what is owed. She was very nice and gave us resources to answer our questions. I definitely would come back again next year to get my taxes done from them.“
