Both years I have filed here with my business, filing has been late which resulted in penalties. I made recommended estimated tax payments they advised through the year. As a result, I also ended up owing around $50,000 more than what I had been advised to withhold which created an undue burden. Extension filing seems to be the norm here. On average they have been finishing four months late, even with all paperwork dropped off on time. Terrible service, NON RESPONSIVE emails & Phone calls are NEVER returned. HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE - non appreciative of customers. Would not give even 1 star They CHARGE the PROFESSIONAL FEES BUT NOT THE SERVICE. Was with the previous owners for 20+ years until Maris took over.
