Snohomish County Music School

July 31, 2025

I’m gratefully completing my first year of violin at Snohomish County Music School, as an adult student being taught by the director, Ms. Kathryn Kibbe and look forward to continuing for many years. It’s never too late, or too early.

Ms. Kibbe and her staff are unfailingly gracious, gifted at and clearly enjoy teaching music. Ms. Kibbe’s sincere interest and delight in teaching is refreshing. She is a gifted musician, inspiring her students with demonstrations of beautiful violin and viola music, good humor and productive instruction.

Her knowledge, teaching ability, sincere kindness, patience, insight and interest in each student are only surpassed by her love of children, commitment to their development and her ability to encourage and gift the joy of music.

The new offices of Snohomish County Music School are fresh, clean, comfortable, safe, welcoming and conveniently located close to the Everett COSTCO.

I am both impressed and very grateful to Snohomish County Music School and especially to Ms. Kibbe for the first of many enriching years of violin.

We love SnoCo Music School ❤️ the staff is super personable and easy to work with, and my daughter loves attending violin lessons. When my other children are old enough, we also plan to enroll them in classes.

Snohomish County Music School is an absolute gem! Kat, the owner, is super personable and down to earth. My kids took lessons from Kevin, and we were so impressed with his excellent musicianship and professionalism. It was obvious from interactions with other teachers that they are all of the same high quality. The recital was such a classy event, in a lovely venue. It was obvious from the performance the care that each teacher takes for their student. Highly recommend.
