My husband was going to an expensive barber in Lake Steven with a $40 price tag for the most basic of trims. We saw the Outcast barber shop across from the library. He went in and had a great cut without the unnecessary “fluff” that he doesn’t care for. Great, friendly and authentically a barber shop. 👍🏻
