Crown plumbing was able to fit me in to their busy schedule to fix a leak in my main water line. This was a substantial leak with about 10 gal/ minute. I appreciated their service very much. Absolutely fair pricing. Would contact them again for any plumbing job.
I had a hard time finding a lender, due to my complicated financial situation, but Best Damn Loans was a life saver! They were helpful, communicative, and accomplished what no one else could. They are named Best Damn Loans for a reason!
Nick is amazing. He has a vast knowledge of loan packages. His work is above and beyond other mortgage brokers that I have worked with. I'm a tough nut: Independant, self-employed restauranteur. Not a combo that most lenders want to work with. Nick found lenders without hesitation, walked me through the difficult elements and was able to get me into three loans (two jumbos) in one year. In my opinion... nothing short of a miracle.
