After a long flight, I needed a place for my cat to stay the night, as our host was allergic to cats. I was able to call them all the way from the other side of the country and be able to text them all of the information they needed for me to be able to board my cat with them, making the process incredibly easy. My cat was very happy staying the night at this pet hotel, and I would advise other pet parents to trust this business. Also, all of the other cats seemed very happy being in that environment; which, for a generally stressful environment, is wonderful.

Cozy Cat has been the best boarding experience I've had hands down. It's quite a drive for me, but it's absolutely worth it. The staff are so friendly and accommodating! They really go above and beyond. They even helped me when I needed boarding for Vanilla Pudding at Christmas time. Cozy Cat pulled through for me when no other boarding was available. Vanilla Pudding recently started having vertigo, and again Cozy Cat accommodated him even though he's a bit wobbly now and his vet refused to board him.

We recently boarded our cats at Cozy Cat for five nights and had such a great experience. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and clearly designed with cats’ comfort in mind.
We especially loved the daily pictures they sent, it gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. You can truly tell the employees care about and love the cats they’re looking after.
We would absolutely recommend Cozy Cat to anyone looking for a safe, caring place to board their cats.
