We were in desperate need of a bathroom remodel. Gary and his sons did an excellent job of repairing extensive floor damage caused by water leakage from our previous shower. The bathroom remodel included repairing the floor, related plumbing needs, installing the shower pan and surrounds, faucets, drains, grab bars, toilet replacement, sheet rock work, painting, floor tiles and everything needed to make it all work. They were always courteous and professional. They gave us an estimate and stayed within our budget. We are grateful for their work in our behalf. Conard Construction remodeled all three of our bathrooms and the results were amazing!! Gary really listens to what you want and gives you sound advice if it’s feasible. They installed the tile work with a lot attention to detail and went the extra mile by shimming our wars to eliminate a squeak in our adjacent room. I’ll be recommending to my friends and family!
