Burgess really knew how to maintain contact and keep a schedule! Their bid was incredibly detailed and transparent and, most important, REASONABLE. Not only that, but they propsed a start date in the following month. (We'd had other contractors ghost us or set start dates 9 months out or more).
Once on site, they got going immediately and finished on schedule within only 2 weeks. This was a very big job -- a sprawling 1000 square feet, with 3 levels and a built-in hot tub. They took it down to the joists and made repairs to the 35 year old framing before totally resurfacing with all new decking and railings.
