My car's transmission suddenly died and Austin took pity on me during a likely very busy day and let me have it towed to the shop. He and Kayley were awesome to work with and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. In less than a week, Austin found me a low mileage used transmission as a replacement, installed it plus did a few extra things I requested, and had the car ready to safely go on a planned roadtrip just in time. Two weeks later, I brought the car back in because something still didn't feel right and Austin found out exactly what it was and fixed it. My car is also my office/work vehicle so I'm very grateful for the good care from Austin's!
