The Doctors Clinic - Urgent Care

Very surprised to say we had a great experience here this week. Daughter was having odd symptoms and the doctor (Tracy I think?) was very thorough and even personally called me this morning with more test results and some advice. I've had maybe one good experience at this urgent care otherwise, in the many times I've been.
All the nurses were great too. Maybe they're hiring new doctors that are helpful 😅

Came here for feeling like there was something stuck in my eye (ended up being a cornea scratch). The wait was still about 1.5 to 2 hrs since it was busy but once in they were very attentive. Good experience as far as urgent care goes.

Absolutely fantastic staff and doctors

I went here on August 28th 2025. I went here because I was having severe back pain to the point where I could barely walk and all they did was order a x-ray imaging for my back and offer more muscle relaxers and a shot of toradol which I told them that both of these options were not helping because the week prior I was seen at a different urgent care and they gave me all that stuff minus the X-ray and It didn’t help. They also gave me a physical therapy referral if it got any worse. Then the doctor did a few things like test my leg strength and push on my back to see if it aggravated anything which it didn’t. He then proceeded to give me the whole spill about how he can’t give narcotics (which is fine I’m not here for that I’m here to figure out what the hell is going on with my back) and how I shouldn’t even be limping because I wasn’t having weakness in my legs (I felt as if he was being very dismissive at this point). Well anyways went and got the x-ray done at st Michaels hospital and then about two or three hours later got a call from him saying there is noting wrong with my back and everything was fine. Well okay then fast forward another week. This is week three of dealing with terrible back pain to the point where I can’t even work a full day because I’m physically and mentally exhausted so I decided to go to a chiropractor and get my back adjusted hoping it might help well that didn’t help at all so I waited a couple more days then on September 8th 2025 after trying to work another day my wife made me go to the e.r at st Michael’s because it got way worse my left foot started going numb and my leg got extremely weak and my calf felt like it was going to knot up. At the hospital they did a mri scan and found out what was going on. I had a almost 2 1/2 inch herniated disc bulging from my spine (L5-S1 vertebrae) causing a almost complete compression of the spine in that area and pinching off the nerves that go to my feet and legs and I had to have a LAMINECTOMY AND DISKECTOMY procedure done. So all in all this place misdiagnosed me and honestly kinda feels like they treated me like I was a addict (btw I absolutely HATE the feeling of painkillers) I also feel like I shouldn’t have to pay the bill because of all the mental and physical stress I went through!

I went to this urgent care for an infection, and I can honestly say it was one of the best medical experiences I’ve had. I really struggle with hospital and medical anxiety because of past trauma, and I was shaking from fear when I arrived. The nurse who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She took the time to explain everything she was doing in a calm and reassuring way, which made me feel respected and safe. She even said she’d be happy to see me again if I ever needed care in the future. I left feeling truly cared for, and I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future emergencies.

This clinic likes to deny mothers without informing when making the appointment that the doctor “prefers” not to have children in their clinic. NEXT TIME HAVE IT IN BOLD. If they can’t do their jobs with a child in the room. That’s concerning. Don’t go to doctor MARIJKE DEVOS. It’s pure discrimination. I’ve never heard of such a thing in my whole life. I got greeted with a glare and a “we are going to have to reschedule” when she looked down at my 3 year old son.

I scheduled a same day appointment here. The staff called asking me to come in earlier to ensure they were the right fit for me based off my symptoms. It was not very busy and was a very short wait to be seen. My nurse was very kind and attentive. When taking my blood, she had me lay down to feel more comfortable and took the time to find a good vien so she wouldn't have to stick me more than once. She made it clear I could stay until I felt okay to get up and drive. Dr. Havers saw me, and I didn't feel rushed or confused at all. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explain possible diagnoses and courses of action. She ordered lab testing and prescribed me medication right away. Later in the day, she called to refer to to the ER. She was so kind, telling me she hoped I felt better soon and that she was sorry it wasn't better news. Great experience!

My first visit, they got my DOB and SSN wrong, and gave me a consult for a provider that hadn't been practicing for over 5 years. My second visit, a follow up for the first, I've been here for more than an hour after my appointment time and still haven't seen the doctor. SMH, should have looked at the reviews first.

Don’t go here for occupational med. Doctor will MMI you, even if you’re still injured!!

My favorite thing is your complete disregard for children and their livelihood. Good job
