    I went to drop off a sample here that they requested. I bring it in at 12:36 PM. The receptionist said they can’t take it because their lab isn’t open. That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. I went into my car, and thought hey that can’t be right I’m not going to just sit here for 30 mins with my baby in the car. I went back in and asked a different receptionist and she brought me back to drop it. I told the lab guy what happened and that they said I couldn’t drop off a sample and he said you can. I think you guys need to figure out a solution to this very simple problem and tell your receptionist to not be rude about it too. If you can’t be a compassionate human being in the medical field, go work somewhere else. The doctor I saw was kind, but you need to get rid of the receptionist that is on the very left hand side of the counter that worked there today, June 25. The middle receptionist wasn’t any better honestly, I talked with her after I came back in and she was talking to me like I was inconveniencing her by dropping something off

    Usually given the runaround. Go somewhere else if you can.

    Very dissatisfied and frustrated with this clinic. I have called multiple times and left several messages to never be called back. It took three phone calls and two in person visits to finally schedule an appointment for an L&I claim. Ridiculous really, that I was given the run around with staff telling me to leave a voicemail then I’d receive a phone call back with availability - which never happened. I was out of work for an additional week waiting on a phone call for an initial appointment until I took initiative to go in to the clinic. Day of the apt I sat in the waiting room for a nearly an hour before I was seen, I arrived 20 minutes early like they told me, after 30 minutes past my apt time I went to the counter wondering when I’d be seen, to then be told the Dr is running 30 minutes behind. I would’ve been a lot more patient if I was informed of this upon checking in for my appointment, not almost an hour later.. Then after my appointment, the Dr referred me to PT and to have an XRay done before our next visit. Maybe 5 days after I scheduled PT, I find out the DR never sent in documentation to be added to L&I my claim, so I’m unable to attend my PT apt. and I can’t even schedule an XRay apt. because apparently the order has to come directly from the Dr when I was told by the Dr that I had to make an appointment myself!! Again I’ve called and left voicemails and no response back! It’s extremely frustrating and exhausting having to rely on people to do their jobs and they don’t. Most of the staff were friendly, the Dr was kind, however, they’re not following through with expectations of care and that outweighs the friendliness.

    Do not go if you are dieing and are a kaiser patient. Turned away after sitting for a 1/2 hour he was buckled over and on the floor at there waiting room ,i was told the couldn't even administer pain meds . So ridiculous, and as soon as I took him to Keiser he was taking to the hospital as he was septis and dieing. Ridiculous that it's all about money and politics and not health. Disappointing to say the least. They did save his life at the hospital and has been in there for over a month. If it's an emergency do not go here .

    New to this clinic and I’m very impressed at the ease of getting in to be seen, the length of time spent for total visit and the care I received by both the front desk and healthcare workers/Doctors. So glad to find these guys!!

    30 minutes in the waiting room. I get it. Even though they saw a guy who came in after us. Maybe he had an appointment I don’t know. So then we were called back. My son is autistic so she said I’ve give you five minutes for him to regulate. The medical assistant never came back. After 30 minutes, I asked the front desk what was going on. She went to the doctor and she said oh he’s finishing up paperwork then your son will be next. Didn’t realize paperwork was more important that leaving a toddler in a room with a head injury for an hour. Another 15 minutes go by, I asked again. She said he’s on his way and after another 15 minutes, still nothing. So apparently they felt my son falling and hitting his head wasn’t urgent enough. Will not be going back.

    I have called six times and left four messages, yet I still have not received a callback. Every time, I am told to “just leave a message, we have new medical staff and they will call you back,” but that has not happened. Because of this repeated lack of response, my medical certification is now close to expiring. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Based on my experience, this office has not been reliable.

    What is the point of publishing a phone number if nobody answers the telephone? Multiple phone calls today and never an answer; the system just sends the call to voicemail.

    That said, if you do go there for a drug test, the woman who normally handles that process is a absolute gem of a person and deserves 20/5 stars for her kindness.

    Very surprised to say we had a great experience here this week. Daughter was having odd symptoms and the doctor (Tracy I think?) was very thorough and even personally called me this morning with more test results and some advice. I've had maybe one good experience at this urgent care otherwise, in the many times I've been.
    All the nurses were great too. Maybe they're hiring new doctors that are helpful ๐Ÿ˜…

    Came here for feeling like there was something stuck in my eye (ended up being a cornea scratch). The wait was still about 1.5 to 2 hrs since it was busy but once in they were very attentive. Good experience as far as urgent care goes.
